I would personally love to see ecstasy passing FDA trials for clinical use. I can't see it happening anytime soon though. There is far too much beauraucracy involved.

oh geez, but it also has been proven to cause parkinson's(sp?) disease, if you do it excessively. I read an article somewhere a while back. so... I donno.... besides, I am definately not sold on the fact that E could actually prevent cancer. sounds a little bogus to me. meh.....

what i wonder is what exactly IN e actually fights cancer cells.
(unless the article says because im too lazy to read it right now)
because as anyone knows, ecstacy is filled with many other things. for all we know, it could any one of ingredients in this bath-tub-made drug.

i really think its sad that we think the government is oblivious to the drugs on the illegal side of the market.

i have heard everything from a to z about prevention of cancer - you best bet is be healthy - eat right, exercise, be happy, stay outta the sun.

The whole "Parkinson's" disease claim was based on what they believed was one high clinical dose of MDMA but was later found out to be Meth. It was the mistake of the scientist holding the studies. If you search for the video "Ecstasy rising" on the Pot TV website it will clear up a lot of misconceptions!

Edit- The video is NOT biased by any means, and was made by ABC :)

i dont think theyre talking about the pills themselves, i think theyre talking about MDMA itself. I dunno, just an article i came across. I had nothing to do with the research itself.

nah they will have used pure MDMA , they aren't just gunna take some shitty caps off the street and conduct tests.
