so I work right near this place and as I am walking to get lunch on my break I see tons of ppl outside with signs saying " go home USA", "DEA RAID" and such. a girl stops me and tells me to pass on the word that the AMERICAN D.E.A is in there trying to cath people in there with marijuana and extrodite them down to the states to be tried for posession and other such charges...even if they are canadian citezens.. WTFFFF!!!! is that even aloud? I am so confused. That just seems fucked up to me... =\

I work on the 7th floor of the building who's alley this is all happening in. I've been watching this for about 3 hours today. They ae having a sit down protest in the middle of a dirty alley off of Hastings, on Homer st. There's only 6 people sitting around protesting, with about a dozen more watching. The funny parts were when they started passing around a pipe in front of the piggies, then started yelling "You cops are the best customers of prostitutes in this city, I know because I have lots of friends who are hookers and they told me so!" I kinda hope someone gets tazered, that would really make my day.

I'm pretty sure them being there won't change any sort of outcome. I wish I could see out there for entertainment... Basically, Marc Emery and two others were arrested and presented with warrants that were served on behalf of the AMERICAN government. Yeah, how fucked up is that?

Emery and two other people are accused of conspiracy to manufacture marijuana, conspiracy to distribute seeds, and money laundering.

Seriously, what the fuck. CONSPIRACY to manufacture marijuana? Now you don't even need to be cought growing it?

Man, this is really fucked up shit. Now the DEA has a complete list of customers that have dealt with Emery's seed company.
