i never have, i'm a little unsure of peyote. from everything i've heard it sounds pretty intense.

haven't yet, but a friend and I have talked about trying it together. I was unsure about peyote for a while, but after researching it and reading stories of people's experiences, I'm a lot more comfortable with it.

i met this cool native guy yesterday he's a friend of my mum's, he was telling me about the peyote ceremonies he'd been to in arizona. sounded pretty crazy, he seems like an interesting person i'd like to talk to him some more.
i think if i had the chance i'd try a little bit of it, just a little though. my mum did it a few times, she's told me a little bit about it.
whenever i think of peyote i think of the part in the doors movie where they're all out on the desert.

yes, peyote is a drug, a natural one. it comes from the peyote cactus, it grows in the desert (arizona and mexico are a couple places) and it is very powerful. from what i've been told it's a very intense spiritual thing. natives/shamans often use it in their vision quests, it is a hallucenogenic (sp?).

i read this book about peyote and the religious things about it a while ago... dont really remember it very well but its sounds seriosuly intense. like one of those peyote buttons would get u so high for a couple of days... thats insane... but i would so try it if i had some
