cdma is NOT GSM.

I own a TM520 and I haven't had any major problems. The 2 things that may piss you are the following:

Ring is kinda low, but with the vibrate + ring mode its fine

The phone book is annoying as fuck. You can't add multiple #s to peoples names. If you do, getting to there # is a pain in the ass.

Other than that, the phone is great. If you need a phone, then get the TM520, if not. Wait for the Samsung.

ring is kinda low? for where? outside? it's pretty damn loud full volume, and even lowest volume scares the bejeezus outta me when im sleeping...hahaha
