APARTMENT - want to rent mine? and I am looking for smaller place
Hi
I live in a really dope place with a crazy view and so many amentities. Newer building - 1.5 yrs old 2 bedroom plus a den/mini office/storage (not big enough to make a 3rd bedroom) 1 really nice bathroom Wicked kitchen and a porch In-suite laundry, dishwasher, quick freeze option freezer-fridge! In Yaletown right at the Cambie bridge. Secure underground parking is also included -HUGE pool, one of the biggest in the city for apartments -hot tub -saunas -meeting rooms -party rooms -media rooms -rooms are free to rent, just need a deposit. -gym and yoga rooms too Extra storage available I really love my place and want to find another place in the same building. Reason for moving - Matty and I live here with my sister. She is moving out and the rent and space is just a bit too much for just Matty and I. We can be flexible on the moving time, oh and the landlord is dope. He never comes around, he never bothers you and he never cashs the rent cheque until, usually the 4th. I have cats here, there are pets in the building. Lots of privately owned and lived in places. It is nice here. Friendly. The view is insane. You can see metrotown, big white, city hall, the revolving restaurant downtown, bc place, plaza of nations, main st, science world, the ocean, etc. $1695 a month We will be looking for a place as well. Want to stay downtown, with a pool and gym. just need a smaller place. Like a 1 bedroom plus den. e-mail me info @ commongrooves . ca (take away spaces)
