Well, my roomie of 4 years has decided to leave.
You'd be getting her bedroom.
the room will be unfurnished, but you have a closet for all your stuff.
there's large living room, 1 bathroom, studio which is mine, balcony, fireplace, insuite laundry, 1 parking space, bike room, pool, sauna, pooltable, foosball, weight room.

It's located at 939 Homer street, between Nelson and Smithe.
My rent is going up soon, so I can't give a definitve price right now.

the place is near grocery stores, shoppers drugmart, banks, and in yaletown.

ideally looking for a female roommate since I can't stand living with other guys.
About me - I work lots, so I'm only home in the early morning and usually out of the house by 12pm every day.
I've been at the place for 2 years and really dont want to move out.
