WTB: Custom lowrider bike and or parts

What's up, looking to buy a decently priced lowrider bike that I can customize or even parts so I can start building it myself. Apehangers, 20" wheels, whitewalls, monark style or classic springer fork, banana seat etc... not looking to go East LA Cholo gangster on this thing... more of the classic look... not interested in a chrome frame as I would like to paint the frame. Any deets will help.

My offer on an already existing basic bike is 250-300 depending on the condition of the ride. Ez.

Also willing to trade for a Norco Vintage Road Bike 10 speed 26" frame. I could sell this bike for 300. Excellent condition. Will post pics.
