I am seeking out candidates to apply for an entry level position that we are offering.

This is a great opportunity especially for students who have just been schooled on web design and who are interested in getting involved in the huge online adult industry.

Job Description in a nutshell:

- Maintains Content Database – Basically you’ll be organizing and managing Porn content all day

- Adds Content regularly and maintains members areas of our adult sites

- Will be trained in-house to use our Content Database and Content Management Systems

Essential Requirements:

- Able to work in both a team environment as well as autonomously on your own
- Proficient at basic mathematical skills
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Proficient at MS Office XP
- Web Design experience is essential - Candidates with skills in the following will have win over those that don’t obviously: HTML Coding, CSS skills, JavaScript knowledge, basic PHP knowledge.
- You have to love working in the Porn Industry – If not then please don’t bother applying ;)

Note:

- This is an entry Level position and is not that of a Webmaster or a Web Designer but may lead to a role as such with further experience.

- Experience in the Adult Industry is not a prerequisite for this position.

You CANNOT work from home and will be working downtown... hours are normal working hours from like 9-5 but you do what you need to so the job gets done.

that won't really be nessicary. most, if not all 'creative development' is done by senior people or offsite, you will probably mostly are doing 'housekeeping' of sites. pages you create will either be forms based or you will mimic a template. if you have a general working knowledge, that's probably all you need.

of course, if you show you're good, you will begin to gather more and more responsibility. it's also a pretty good place to tighten up your design skills, because most of these pages, from a design point, are super-slick. you'll learn a lot from osmosis.
