wanted: roommate

i'm looking for someone to fill the void in our household as one of our roommates is leaving. it's for march 1st, it's a whole house (2 floors, 4 bedrooms, laundry) at nanaimo/hastings. rent would be $310 + utils. you would live with me and my friends mellissa+gus (in 1 room), and jorge. please let me know if you're interested, or if you know anyone who might be!!

Is it near transit? I need to find a new place.
This is why :-

1) The guy who lives across from me saw a gun in the hallway of our floor. He didn't pick it up cause he don't want his fingerprints on it. He walked around and when he got back to where the gun was, it was gone and he saw the door of this gf/bf who just moved in was not completely shut. So probably it belongs to them.

2)3 break-ins in 2 weeks. The manager don't give a shit and never changed to better locks.

3)The garbage container is never emptied until it's very very full, till there's garbage everywhere. Again, the manager don't give a shit, cause she doesn't live here.

4)The caretaker only come and vacuum the hallway once a week.

5)Ghetto neighborhood.

Is that enough reasons for me to move?
