Right across street from Queen Elizabeth park (including basketball, tennis and rollerhockey courts), 10 min walk from Oakridge center, 10 min bus/bikeride downtown (bus stop is 20 seconds away), 5 min walk from largest liquor store in BC (also open til 11pm monday-saturday)! In-suite washer/dryer; sattelite TV; large kitchen and living room and PLENTY of storage space.

Rent is $600 (damage deposit = $275), includes satellite but not gas/hydro (approx $50-$80/month, paid every two months).

You are clean, respect others property and understand that this is not a 'party' house in any means (as much as I would like it to be) - this means no smoking anything inside and no weed on the property.

It's a little expensive but the location is great is the room is frickin huge. I really mean that, it's probably one of the biggest single rooms you'll ever see availabe for rent.
