Roommate needed for Sept 1st!

Don't have a place yet but there is no way I can afford to live by myself... want to live in the Burnaby/Coquitlam/New West/East Van area (big area I know)...

You have a job and can pay your rent/hydro without me having to worry about it. You are also clean/tidy and respect other people's property. Basic shit.

I believe Mikey's sarcastic comment described quite acurately how I feel about excessive amounts of noise... especially noise that keeps me from sleeping.... I don't like it. Appropriate noise is a different story but I'm moving out of a party house for a reason.

That would be good... no basement suites though, I absolutely refuse to live in a dungeon anymore - must have natural light... and I'm talkin fairly East on the Van part - I work in Maple Ditch Monday-Friday so being close to the freeway is important.

Don't worry about the basement thing. I've been looking at apartments with her online and she's got high standards. I'll call her this weekend and see if I can't hook you up with her contacts.

I'm looking and needing a roomate and/or new place to live. Was thinking 2 or 3 bedroom house as my girl Lana also needs a place to live. Considering all possibilities right now. Do you wanna live with a guy or a girl or doesnt matter? We wanna pay about $400 to $500 each. I work full time....
