roomate needed!!!

Just wondering if there are any FnKers in Victoria looking for a place for September 1st... I'm in dire need of another roomate!
I live in a 3 bedroom 2 level duplex in Esquimalt with my boyfriend and my cousin, and my cat Yoda. Digital cable, cable internet, hydro and phone is included in your rent- which would be $350.
Preferably I'd like a roomie that is either going to college or working, doesn't matter which. We don't want our place to be a party house, or 'flop house' (just finished dealing with that kinda crap).

A few more things about my place... It's right near a liquor store, 7-11, Tim Horton's, a cold beer and wine and bus stops. (Esquimalt and Admirals area) There's a McDonald's a couple blocks away.
And I promise I won't bite... hard.
