Need girls with brit accent, get on the radio!

I'll be doing some bumpers [those pre-recorded station identification things] for the Vortex on C895FM in Seattle. www.c895fm.com

For those that don't know, it's the saturday night show that's been running for about 6 yrs now with live DJs and such. There's at least a few thousand people that tune in every weekend. We're trying to find a girl with a british accent [like, a real one] to do the voice for it, keep it sounding euro and what not. We've just moved to Vancouver and figure, there has to be someone around here with the right voice. If you're interested in getting your voice heard on the radio post a response in here...

1. This is not a joke.

2. We still need someone to do this for us.

3. This radio station get about 5-10 thousand listeners durring the show we are doing. (and thats just in the seattle area, if you wana know the reach of this station, tune in to 89.5 and see if you hear dance music.)

4. If a composer wants a flute to play a part in his orchestra, that doesn't mean he hates clarinet players, it just means a flute produces the sound he wants. Like wise we want a Brittish girl to do this, simply because that is the sound the producer of the show desires. So PLEASE stop being silly.

****Start listening in movies; countdown sequences / things announced over PAs are very often have a English accent. This is because it sounds fucking cool.****

Yea, but just think how far that is already going. And the elevation thing might make it so that you can go night skiing and pick it up. Haven't tryed it yet. We still need someone to do this btw.

Here's an idea.... why don't you go to a British site.. possibly one similar to this.. and ask some girls from there..... what type of music is this for anyway???... i think you should find a girl that has the same interest in the music you are gonna be playin on the radio.... cuz say if you play techno or something or house... or which ever.... i don't think a girl that digs dnb or whatever would wanna hear their voice being broadcast over a station that plays techno... ya know???
