need a place to live?
i'm moving out...i live in a one bedroom plus den in kits (5th and balsam). i pay $720/month plus utilities. the "den" can be used as a small study, the bedroom is kinda small but i have a queen size bed in there right now with room to spare on all sides so it's not tiny. i have no idea how many sq. ft. it is exactly but i'd estimate 600. i'm outta here by may 15th so if anyone is interested in moving in, let me know! i signed on with pretty much no lease but the landlord might make you committ to 6 months if you are able to.

i'm actually moving back to my parents cause i'm going to ny at the end of may. i'll be back later in the summer but i don't think i'm going to move out again until sept, and i think the only roomie i'll have by then is a dog or a cat. good luck though! seems like there are a few ppl out there looking for ppl to live with...

bev*i'm doing a short intense summer program there for interior design at parsons. it's only 3 weeks but i'll probably stay on the east coast a lil' longer to visit my girl in baltimore, move my stuff outta storage in montreal and hit up TO on my way back home. i wouldn't recommend this place for 2 ppl unless you and your roomie don't get on each other's nerves cause you won't have privacy from each other. for one person it's perfect cause you can use the den as an office if you're a student...i squeezed a drafting table, light table and large desk in there.
