Cell phone hook-ups?
so I think after having my phone for... 2.5[?] years.. its time to get a new one.
It's paid it dues.. I think.. I've gotten every penny worth outta it.. and now it's starting to go. the buttons and starting not to work, the screen is starting to f-up, reception is a bitch too... I was thinkin of changin company's n shit.. but really I have no complaints.. except thier customer service has gone to shit ever since rogers took over. So Im just gonna stick with it. Anyways....... Get paid on friday.... I NEED... NEED.. a new phone. I dont really care for something too fancy... Just need a phone to make my calls.... that wont goto shit on me.[out of all the phone I've had this one has out lasted them all] Any suggestion... and can anyone hook a girl up?

i've had a good track record with the higher-end motorolas, but their cheap phones are exactly that, cheap. plus they're gsm so you just toss your sim card in and you're good to go. i have a motorola v551 with video/camera, voice memo, bluetooth, and edge for faster wireless web. cost me $250 a while back brand new.

Customer service with fido is shit? Never noticed it just press 0 instead of waiting for that blhablahblah menus.
Depends on what you want and how much your willing to spend? If your not willing to spend too much I suggest you start up a new phone # with either Fido or Rogers the price on Phones drop dramatically after a year or two year contract.

I dont mean the automatic voice thingger where it says press this button to do this.... I mean when I dial 611 to actually speak to customer service.
They are some of the rudest S.O.B.'s. They use to be so cool and chill... now when they call.. they hang up on me and shit becasue I'm not the person they're looking for or if I have a question concerning my account. Anyways back to the phone dilly...... no way in hell I'm getting a moterola, I've had 3 of thier phones... and they all were supose to be awsome.. and all were shit.. espeicially my mike phone. ugh.. And I dont do contracts... I'm willing to spend that cash on a phone so I dont have a contract. hell whenI thought I lost my phone almost a year ago.. I bought a new one[later returned it] so Ididnt have to get on a contract. I prefer the month to month basis... cause you jsut never know and I dont wanna pay the fee of breaking a contract.. tis like giving them free money. so anyone got any hook up for phones?! I remember not to long ago.. someone posted something about having hook ups but I cant remember.

uh the only way you get a good deal on a brand new phone is with a contract, a company isn't going to lose money giving you a cheap phone if you don't agree to stay with them for awhile.
I've got an lg5400, it only works with bell and I'm not using it. I might be willing to part with it.

not entirely true........ some peopl can get them cheaper and not having to sign a contract.
someone on here had a hook up like back in nov.. and Imade sure there was no strings attached. but then jake found my phone.. so yeh. but yeh.. I'm not switching what I have.. I just need a new phone.. so I can dial any # that have the # 7 or 9 in it.. and sumtimes 1.. let alone my phones really slow now... thanks anyways tho myra.
