Selling GLOW products etc. at raves!!!!

my-ex use to do it back in 97..when the glow thing was big and he made sooo much cash on the side....but i dont see the glow thing really working anymore as the...scene isnt what it use to be.....

I personally dont care if you use glowsticks and I dont mind seeing them at all, actually I think at massives it looks kind of cool when you look around and you see tons of them all light up.

The only thing I have a problem with is high people up in my face trying to give me light shows to trip me out, when really its tripping them out more then me. If I wanted a light show I would ask for one, dont just get in my face. Thanks.

^meh, instead of getting angry, why not just laugh it off. unless they persist on shoving the glowing sticks in your face i don't really see the problem.

you're going to encounter high people at raves, just like you're going to encounter stupidly drunk people at clubs. you just gotta deal with them. getting angry or pissed off isn't the most productive way to do it.

i personally dont use glowsticks or whatever at parties anymore, but like eighty5 said, they do look nice at massives, i dont think it would be the same, if there wernt some ppl using them.
as for people asking if i wasnt a light show, i simply tell them no thanks, i rairly have a problems with them, so it doesnt bother me to much.

i like glow toys. my tounge ring and nipple glow. and i enjoy light shows, and short sets of playing around with them on the dance floor, but i dont make certian to have at least one every rave anymore... they do no one harm, and they add to the atmosphere and provide visual stimulants for those who do want to watch... anything that glows makes a good addition to the Kandi kid style..
it often looks really good when ravers are consumed in a glow stick amplified, unreserved type, flowing dance show

ive always been a fan of glow sticks, they are wicked camping, raving, @ river partys, or for use in glow stick trip wire traps.. (awsome toy)

Usually when i'm raving i chew on my glow sticks when high and they always bust open and spill all over me, do you have any glow sticks that won't bust open as easy when i'm chewing on it from all the ecstacy pills. Also brighter fot better light shows would be nice.

yah i toyed around with them in the cadets as well, and reserves... never had the chance to play with flares though...

Ok first I did used to be a dancer and did go to raves for 8 years, now I'm married with two babies and grown up, not that I should have to explain anything to anyone, but my Uncle does the festivals and asked me since I used to go to the rave, if I wanted to help him out!!! My uncle is only in his 30's and My name is really Kandy. I also agree with you about the ZOMBIES, I loved going to parties DRUG FREE and just getting high off the music. The funny thing, is I'm not really anti-glow.. I'm just anti-waytoofuckeduppeople who are there to just use it as an excuse to get fucked up and and don't create a very great atmosphere or make a dj feel like he's not playing to mostly zombies! It's a huge part of why I stopped wanting to play shows much at home in Van. Too disappointing compared to the more mature/way less zoned out.. much more naturally hyped up crowds of the good old days. The days where people were more interested in doing 1 e rather than 6.

These glow sicks are pretty durable, but I have a mini fan that lights up and does over 100 different patterns, it's so cool.
