Thanks clay, I was more looking for a used computer because that would just be cheaper period, and I don't really need to or want to make monthly payments.

I was wondering if somebody just had one they didn't need and maybe needed some $$$ for their drug use.

Also have a free 17" Mitsubishi monitor, Sony tube, not working but maybe fixable cheap or for nothing if you have skills (it might just need to be dusted out inside). 9 years old.

i've been thinking of selling mine since i got my laptop, but i haven't completely decided yet.

anyways, it's fairly good (my dad's a gamer), so i don't know if it's quite what you want, but i'll let you know if i do decide to sell it. (shouldn't be long)

tvmann - as long as the comp i get doesn't include a monitor, I might take you up on that offer as long as the screen is in good shape.

god, give me your specs when you get a chance.. I didn't really mean old, i'm willing to spend a bit of money of course.

charly.. if you're dad is a gamer then the comp is probably pretty descent, so I am also interested.

^ definitely. he's always upgrading his, and i get the parts that he replaces. it's constantly happening. hah

anyways, i don't remember the specs off the top of my head but it's a p4 2.6, 512mb of ram (but i think i have extra that i never got around to putting in), 80gb hd, an ati video card (don't remember the model number), dvd-rom, cd-burner, firewire. sound is onboard, but that's only because it was better than the sound card i had. haha with a copy of windows xp home. no keyboard/mouse/monitor though.
