Well my company is having a hiring fair in Sept and their always hiring a ton of people. It's an inbound call centre (which means it's not telemarketing, you only take incoming calls). We do business to business & personal tele-communications, including teleconfrencing, voice personals, etc.

Now here's what you need:

Computer/Internet/Email experience
Friendly phone manner
1+ years in a customer service roll, call centre experience an asset
30+ words per minute
** SPANISH 2ND LANGUAGE A DEFINITE ASSET **

The roll is in the customer service or telecom department start I believe somewhere around $12-14/hr, starts part time but moves to full time shortly.
This is at our downtown office.

i could be interested! I worked at stream for a year.. which is a call center for HP. I took typing classes when I was younger, average about 50-60 words per minute, definately got the customer service down, only thing is.. where abouts is this place? :) add me to msn, [email protected]
