When - Oct 01 or anytime thereafter.
Cost - $400 or $430 if use of telephone and internet. ($200 damage deposit required) One room and then use of third room for storage, office space or whatever. (included heat/water/cable)
Requirements - Female preferred. Obviously a job is required. No smoking inside. No dogs and cats. No drugs. Drinkers welcome! Somebody respectful and clean. Quiet. Nice. Etc...
