franklin, it shouldn't mess up your car warranty but i've never owned a car thats new enough to know that. perhaps you can ask your dealer about that. for anyone wondering, the line driver is a piece that you can add to your current stereo, so that your amps do not have to work as hard to power your speakers/subs, thus removing unncessary distortion. it is a pre-amp and therefore you plug your rcas from your deck into this first, boost the voltage using this unit and then send the boosted signals to your main amplifier, feeding only clean and high voltage signals. your amp will run cooler since its not driven to its limits. i am selling this because i just bought myself a 4 channel line driver from phoenix gold. the bass cube is a piece that not only allows you to control how much bass boost you want but also allows you to adjust which frequency that you want to be boosting at. this is a solid piece for anyone that wants deeper, heavier bass from a small budget system.
