EB warranties are the best, you can smash the game with a hammer yourself and go and exchange it for a new one.

$50 firm, save the tax, its like getting the warranty for free also.

its just been used for 2 days, with the EB warranty i can exchange it for a brand new sealed one. So its basically the same thing. Its not a scam because i have reciepts and a warranty.
