I might be interested as well....
I have about 4.5 years customer service experience in a call center environment, have done quality lead, peer 2 peer feedback, training sessions, currently in a "case management" type of position as we speak....
Current job is getting old and some people are just weak... Just today they fired someone based on the companies theme of "Employee Appreciation Day".... What type of sick fuckin place does that..... and the person was a damn hard worker... they just made shit up to fire him.... but ya... thats pretty much the run down.

this like such a good job. i would love to do this. if only it werent dt. if anything comes up again in like 6 months you should post again... ehehe.. i can just imagine a bunch of you fnkers all working for a chat line call center:)

Yeah man, that's perfect. Any CS (especially call centre) is totally as plus. See, the best part about this place is, there's a ton of room for moving up. So, if training is your thing or whatever, it's easy to move up to a training position, i've seen it first hand. And ofcourse the higher you go, the more you get paid :)

You know the funny thing is, this is a very laid back position, if you're good on the phone, and know how to talk to (mostly) normal people and truely help them out, it's all good. It's all about helping people. I'm sure a ton of fnk'ers are that easy going type, which is exactly what this company looks for.. hard working, reliable, and easy going.
