House for rent

Hey, me and 3 friend's of mine want to rent a house (2 levels, 4 bedrooms) in Surrey (Guildford area) on Dec. 1st. We all got the money ready and everything, but we can't find any interestig places. Does anyone know where I can find houses for rent or where I should look. I looked in the Surrey Now newspape, but there's nothing interesting in it or all the houses are dumps; like old ranchers. We are willing to pay $1300/mo. + utilities.

We can't wait to get the house, we will have like a DJ studio, a massive projector, pool table. Sickest sound system, shit load of video games, have beer in the fridge all the time. Its gonna be so chill and we will have the sickest parties. Just 12 days to go.

having a party house is all fun and games, but party houses can be disasters and a half. if you guys party really hard, you're just opening yourself up for a b&e. between ex-guests who become ex-friends, to ex-guests who become junkies, and ex-guests you didn't really know that well.

so get some insurance.
