10 600 usd is BS straight up.........
no one is that dumb i mean here 1000 canadian.... im willing to bet that there friends just bid that up to make it look so absered because i mean hey u got 5 or 6 xbox's that sell for over 5,000 and well everyone's minimum price they want goes up, so u've just put 5 bs ads up that ur friends bid up like crazy... they never paid and u pay that w/e auction fee, and then repost the original 5 u had for sale at like 400% of that price and u make 2,000 per system....... that is crazy expensive still but in comparasson, not very much... i've done it with my friends before when ps2 came out, and it was done with that idiot doll tickle me elmo...... no doubt that 10K usd is BS!

i'd hold off, my buddy bought one, he left "gun" running and it burnt a sweet ring on the disc.
now the game no worky. and i reckons with this demand that it'd take god knows how long before they can exchange his. and nothing says the new ones aren't like his. personally, i really could care less what you do with yours, but why would you go to a ghetto raver site and try to sell it? if you're going to that much trouble why not ebay it? are you retarded? if you're gonna make money, make more of it, instead of the piddly amount of 1k.

Here there are a bunch of them being returned (or trying).
Most of them are crashing and freezing like crazy...and I've also seen and heard of a few of them actually burning the discs. It's stupid to buy something that JUST came out, before the kinks are all worked out.

people/media/news are overhyping the fact of some of the defective xbox 360s that came out.
the thing is EVERY console has had problems with the launch. ps1's had dvd playback problems when they launched. ps2's had lens problems/failures. xbox had hard drive and overheating problems. spokesperson said only about 2-3% of xbox360's that were launched had problems and even if they did microsoft has been taking care of the faulty xbox360's. they sent a overnight box to my friend to return his, and 3 days later he had a brand new one at his door, so thats not bad at all. thats not as bad as what i've been hearing. in regards for people buying them and re-selling them for 1000$ or more, smart on them, its all about supply and demand. no those spoiled little asians DO NOT need an xbox360 when they wake up on christmas day, but if mommy and daddy are willing to toss out the cash for them then its their decision. if you aren't one of those kind of people, then you wait until it comes available to you, but i know a lot of people who can't/don't want to wait, so they went ahead and forked out the cash for it.
