There was a segment on the radio today saying how people are sueing Microsoft for releasing this system with defects.. I dont know what exactly they are but there are tons of them being returned.

This system is super sick though (mine works :). The graphics on Need for speed are freaking amazing!

The one we have on display at the Metro Toys R Us is no longer functioning (controllers don't work anymore).

Granted, every day someone is playing it at all times.


I agree that the graphics are amazing, but what most people don't realize is that to get the most out of it you would need an HDTV. Anything less doesn't do it justice.

It's not like it matters.... they are covered under full waranty and if anything goes wrong M$ is offering overnight shipment of new boxes.
