FS: Sony PSP (New Price)
The PSP's key feature is a 4.3in 16:9 ratio, 480 x 272, 32-bit colour TFT LCD, with the classic PlayStation controls on either side. Inside the box are stereo speakers - there's an earphone socket too - and screen controls.
As the bottom left-hand corner of the picture shows, there's a wrist lanyard anchor point and, above it, icons for the device's MemoryStick Pro port and wireless networking adaptor power switch. The PSP has 802.11b built-in for multi-player gaming and - presumably - access to the Internet for content. There's also a USB 2.0 port for connection to a digital camera or PC. The PSP has IrDA, too, and apparently ships with a remote control. The handheld contains 32MB of main memory and 4MB of embedded DRAM The PSP measures 17 x 7.4 x 2.3cm and weighs 260g including its rechargeable Lithium Ion battery. Sony has managed to cram the unit's Universal Media Disc optical drive in there too. The 6cm UMDs hold 1.8GB of data on a single-side, single-layer disc, and have also been specced up as audio and video discs, too, presumably to allow for content providers to offer UMD product much as they would a CD or DVD. used like once. $250. ---------------------------------------- new price. console IN box, mint condition + 2 games worth over $100 (with reciept) Everything for $200!! firmware is basically the OS of the system (think Windows XP vs. Windows 2000). some of the older ones are hackable and allows for playing emulators and user-made apps. The flip is if you use the older ones, you can't play some of the newer games.

if hes only used it once it should still be on 1.0
there are emulators you can use up to v 2.0 after 2.1 and up, only legit games

Anything under 1.5 is probably from Japan. A lot of games will have patches that come with them to upgrade straight to just 2.0 (Burnout and Liberty City Stories to name a couple). From 2.0, you can then go back down to 1.5 and vice-versa. For reference, most places sell a PSP (32mb mem stick) for $279.99 before tax (tax is about $40). This deal being offered is pretty fair.

Well, metal gear acid and wipeout pure are NOT worth those prices...EB is selling Wipeout NEW for $9.99 for instance (well until they ran out :p )
but regardless, for $200 this deal is SOLID. I am somewhat interested (not for me, but for a friend). I will know for sure by tomorrow. PS. I'm assuming there's no dead pixels or anything?
