LF: place to rent in chilliwack

Preferrably a house, with reasonable rent or a 2+ bedroom duplex. I'm looking for as few neighbors as possible (since neighbors don't like lots of bass at 4am). Any 2 bedroom apartments too, just incase!

the apartments i live in are alright... may be a spot open (there usually is)... the only problem is that they are over top of some stores...so no loud music during the day... HOWEVER, nighttime is OK ;) we through raves here until 5-6am and no one complains... so ya... rent is pretty cheap, I pay 525$ a month for a 1 bedroom, i think the 2 bedrooms are six hundred something... another problem is that during the summer it is (seriously) a fuckin sona in here... cuz we are over top of some buildings and its all cement or something, but you do need an air conditioner - the first summer i was here we almost died... we ended up taking some blankets and sitting out front of the building, lol... annnnnyways, it's called pioneer apartments. if you're interested, i can dig up the #, but can't find it at the moment... :) and i'm assuming this means you got hired at stream, so congats :D

that sounds PERFECT! What are your neighbors like? and how many apartments are there all together?

I find out wednesday if I get hired at stream, but the lady said I scored so high on my online application compared to the other people in this group, as well as based on my phone interview, that I should have no doubts about quitting my current job.

everyone in chilliwack works at stream! I looked into the pioneer's not too bad. i want to move to greendale or sardis it is hard to find a decent place for rent there though.

omg chilliwack doesnt need another streamer:P they go through people faster than any company i know, i worked there for a year, got fired for some bullshit reason involving a married chick and all this shittttttttt, managements fucked there, i have so many friends who work there, my sister works on multifunction.. the same contract i was on, get a real job! Ive been workin at ree-bar's lately, but your looking for a place.... hmm, well, look in the chilliwack progress/times, or go the http://www.theprogress.com and check out the advertisements n shit. I live with my girlfriend at the cottonwood lodge apartments... 1 bdrm, 550$/month... a lil pricey if u ask me, but pretty big apartments, not bad, 2 bdrms are like... 650? i dno about the loud music thing tho....... prolly not :S but look in the papers and shit and you should find somethin no problem
