FS 1 year old ball python

i got a ball python with terarium for sale, all anyone would need to take care of him, i just dont have the time for him and he needs someone that has the time. asking $200 trust me this is a great deal as i have spent more the $500 on just the stuff in his terarium.

does that include the heat rock and everything?

(what color is he/she now)

and how big is the tank?

tank is 2 feet by 4 feet 2 feet high. it comes with heat rock, water fountain, 2 water dishes, night light, heatlamp, fogger and a cave. he looks like anyother ball python.

IMO heat rocks are the worst thing to put in any reptile tank.. I had a lizard almost die from laying on it constantly, they get SUPER hot and cause really bad burns, if you can bury the rock under 5-6 inches of substrate you should be ok, but I stay away from them all together. I would recommend using an under tank heater, get them for 20-30 bucks. I have 5 reptile tanks, one of them being a ball bython, and I use UTH on all of them.

good luck selling your snake though, I wish I could take it but I'm running out of room.

yeah i have an undertank heater and yeah i dont hear very many good things about heat rocks. but i really need to get rid of him unfortunalty and i know someone out there wants to impress the girls with his snake. jk i know lame lol

snakes are beautiful creatures, but its lame when they are in a cage, althought its awesome when they take down a rat or mouse and squeeze it to death.

my old roommate and I had an 8 foot red tail boa, we fed it full size ginuea pigs on a regular basis....... some of the craziest shit I've ever seen!!!! he took the snake with him when he moved..

I also have a ball. Love this lil guy, so cute and harmless.(untill you feed him) Good thing about Ball Pythons is that they dont grow past 4 feet well not much anyhow. Great snake for a novice herp lover. I would so buy this snake if i was living in BC. anyhow good luck and make sure it goes to a good home...

so what are the laws about bringing snakes across the border?
i would love to buy him if i can take him home, but i don't know what sort of health cert or tests you need done.

i might be going to the US cosolate today, i guess i'll just ask there.
