Wanted: Room to rent

I'm looking for a room to rent in a chill environment starting late July (20th on) or August 1st. I'm looking to spend $300 - $350 per month plus utilities max (plus damage deposit, of course). Preferrably walking distance from a skytrain station, even though I have wheels.

I'm a smoker but don't mind smoking outside. I party outside the house and don't usually have people over.

that'd be totally awesome dude.. until I can find somewhere a little more permanent. I kind of want to stop moving around and just settle down for awhile (location-wise, that is :P)

that'd be slick.. it would give me peace of mind while I looked for a job and a pad. You must have a pretty cool pa, or at least a trusting one.

Ill talk to him again and we can finalize what would happen. Youd have the room across from time. Ill tell him youd be around for a month or so, not sure if itd be longer or not.

exactly. I've thrown shakers and keggers... it's good times but the days afterwards are hell. Finding fucked up shit in wierd places, cleaning up beer bottles and garbage.. shampooing liqour and foot prints out of your carpet.

I'm cool if my roommates want to throw a party, but I personally like to keep it to a few good friends, with the tunes low enough to carry a conversation when I'm at home.


edit: and matty.. a month would be perfect. I wouldn't want to impose for more than that, and I'll probably meet some cool people in that time who would rent me a room so I could be out of there earlier if I'm lucky.
