Looking for a 2 bedroom plus den apartment; 1 bedroom in english bay available Sept 1
I am looking for a 2 bedroom plus den apartment for September 1st.
We would prefer to stay located downtown but really close to a bridge will work to. eg. Cambie and 7th or granville and 7th, etc. We would like a building with a pool and a gym in it. We also need a porch and a place that is cool with cats. Kind of specific but alot of places are like this. If you know of anyone moving, or can recommend an apartment building I can look into, let me know. My one bedroom apartment with a view of english bay, that is cool with cats will become available for September 1st if anyone is looking.

Parking is $45 a month. We have an ocean view and are two blocks from safeway, davie bus stops, london drugs, etc And 30 seconds from the beach. I like the place, but I need a bigger home. My landlords rock. The suite is kind of old, but not bad. Hardwood floors and lots of mirrors. 2nd floor, elevator. quiet area. Having some friends over is fine. The only complaint we ever get is about the door. When you close it, it is windy and bangs around so you got to be careful. You would be happy here.

good luck finding an affordable two bedroom downtown ky, julia has been looking all month without any luck really :( which means she has to wait till sept 01 to move downtown now, and probably is just gonna have to move into a place by herself

Hmmm sounds cool. I think I"m still too poor, but I'll pass the info to my bf because he has more money and wants to live downtown. :)

Dabbler, ya but I have money to spend on a place. My sister is going to take the second room and me and matty split our rent and we can write off a lot of space through Common Grooves.
Myles, ya come look. Dabbler Julia could take my place??? We are thinking of moving by science world into those nice buildings. We work a lot in gastown so it makes sence. 2 bedroom plus den is $1700 but there is a pool and a gym! woop! I can afford that cuz I will never wanna go out besides work. Pool, gym, phat place! god 875 for a one bedroom apartment.. thats crazy. Im glad I live out in chilliwack, you could get a 3 bedroom house with 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice yard and porch for just 1000 a month.
