DT Parking Spot to rent monthly

just wondering if anyone has any info on reasonably priced and fairly secure parking spaces available for rent in the west end. b/w seeing my man and going out dt I'm spending a large chunk of change to park. I had a lead, but it fell thru unfortunately...

if you happen to notice someone in your building is renting out their spot, or know of a decent paid lot that rents monthly, I'd appreciate any info you've got.

i saw a sign in my laundry room advertising a spot. i'll get you the number.

i park downtown at the sutton place hotel, it's 120 a month and its a really secure lot. got it through 'advanced parking.'

^speaking of which..nev i know it ends on may 31st.. do u think i can get one RIGHT NOW that will go for next year? or do i have to wait to line up on may 31st to get the one for "next year"?
