So, I want to go as Cindi Lauper for Halloween... only because I just did my hair bright red, and I hear "girls just wanna have fun" at least 3 times a day at work (gotta love 103.5).

I've checked out Value Villiage thinking that would be my best bet to find creepy 80's crap/Cindi's style... alas.. nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I should go look?

Does anyone have crappy 80s clothes they don't want anymore that could possibly work in my favour?

Changed my mind.

I am now going as a rocker dude. Got a hilarious wig. some awsome tacky aviators. cuffs, a collar and some hilarious studded gloves. ripped shirt and jeans and im set.

I went as an 80's rocker a few times when I was younger. I have some good ideqas for ya, msn me. Also- try the Value Village near my place, I was there the other day and there was lotsa retro-lookin stuff. :)

So as my costume fell though (god damn store not having my size *shakes fist*), I am gonna head to VV and hopefully find something I can toss together. I'm thinking maybe a beat up angel/faerie, or a cheerleader. We'll see.
