I've always liked the way it looked, but I always thought it would bring problems.. once I saw that your tongue functioned normally and that each tip was independant, I decided I had to do it.

It's an impulse decision, but it IS reversable.

muscle tissue bonds back together while it heals.. that's why your tongue heals so quickly if you take a piercing out. All I have to do is slice the inside of each tip and tie it together while it heals.
