Yea he is the only other star player left, but sakic even with his age i think is still above him as an all around player. Hedjuk can still score though.

Hopefully that late goal gives us momentum. Not so sure cause laperrier scored even if it didn't count

Hedjuk is the sniper for sure, Sakic has higher leadership skills. Nevertheless, it will be quite an exciting finish. Has anyone noticed how choppy the plays are? I mean, there looks to be no real flow in the game, Lots of hit, but no real beautiful plays *only except when the Sedin's cycle*

btw--> I think Lucas Krajicek is playing GREAT!

^ they need to stay the hell out of the penalty box. Although in there defense I think the penalty calls were somewhat lopsided. I seen a few times some pretty obvious calls that could have been made against colorado and nothing happened.

but canucks need to stay out of the box. they have been way to undisclipined.

also need to clear rebounds and the front of the net better. against detroit and columbus we cleared the front of the net. tonight they were all rebounds

yup too bad they didnt have Eric Wienrich, Keith Carney or Sean Brown to do that . .. usually when u trade away 1st / 2nd /4th round picks the season before -- it should help u ouT.

Not sayin the canucks arent good .. but Nonis is an idiot. Some of the bonehead moves he made at the deadline last yr will haunt him down the stretch.

Yep but at least so far luongo is proving his worth.

p.s: every goal he has let in besides the one to zetterberg in the first game has been a powerplay goal. Common nucks.

Ya the first colorado goal today he made 2 saves. Before the third shot finally went in.

A little clearing and it would be fine like in the detroit game.

man you notice how easily the canucks were getting called for penalties though.

man i saw at least one or two plays that could have been avalanche penalties, but whatever.

bottom line gotta stay out of the box. we probably could have won it had we not in been in the box so many times

That last goal was very unlike luongo to let in.

here's an excuse for ya stim. Nucks only had a day to rest the avs had 2.

3 games in 4 nights for the canucks.

lets wait till t he next one when hopefully both teams are fresh

yeah^ that reminded me of Dan "The Rebound" Cloutier. :(
