oh definitely! last time they met liddel punched ortiz out cold. bomb after bomb after bomb! awesome fight! and ortiz thinks just cause he has been training up in the mountains that he stands a chance against liddel.

chuck liddel fights on a completely different level that tito ortiz. both are elite, top tier fighters, but chuck has the most dominant style of striking i have ever seen in the UFC. when he throws a punch he doesn't try to hit the guy where he stands, he tries to hit the guy at where he is going to evade to. that's what sets him apart from the rest. he will throw a punch that would seem completely off target, but his opponent will just walks right into it's path. that and he is extremely hard to take him down to the mats. and unfortunately for ortiz, that is the only strength he has on liddel.

ortiz doesn't stand a chance.

It's all marketing. It was like Royce coming back to fight Matt. Brings in the $$. I loved the older UFC stuff. So many different mma styles. Better fights. Not to say I don't like UFC now though. Liddel and Franklin are kick ass.
