Nolan.

I don't have a recipe handy. But I can tell you this from experience. Start the night before you want to eat it. Meat, beans, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes. Some people overload it with veggies, and it takes away from the flavor of the chili. Stick to the basics. Slow cook it overnight and all day the next day.

There are a few things that I have heard get added, like beer or chocolate(unsweetened) to bring out the flavor.

Finish it off with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream.

I make the best chili ever.

I slow cook it allll day.

I always order these tiny sourdough bread bowls from a bakery I used to work at..and hollow them out, bake them until crispy and then fill will chili, and topped with shredded cheese. Definately have to eat healthy all day to eat all that one night!!!

Good luck! Im sure it will taste awesome..chili is soo easy =D
