he's a concept designer who has provided a sociological package.

he's spread himself too thin and would probably flop in every aspect because specialists are required in the design process. look at what happend with corbusier's ville contemporaine.

blake is right, the time of celebrity designers is long gone.

i admit it would be interesting to hear one of his lectures... how he would try to convince people to change the way they think and all the presentations of how things could be. i definitely think this sort of thing is good for mass culture to have more exposure to. in the end it is the blue sky concepts that drive innovative solutions.
