I would assume that warm milk works well if i'm correct and remember to lie on your side with your knees up as it helps your intestine because of how it is layered and lined :)

Who hasn't made a mistake before? as when you fail do you truly gain experience...remember that people treat you the way you let them so give them the benefit of the doubt, but don't forget to keep them on their toes by not forgetting why you gave them the chance in the first place. i don't believe i strike 3 your out some people fail their learners 5 times before they get their license :)
