So who all heard the goings downs on the monring show today, the CRTC is certain to bring the hammer down in some form. Noway in hell you could buy that kind of publicity though. So here is to hoping that Jeff, Karis, and Scott will be back on the air monday to bring me into work as usuall.

i smell a scam... isnt it just a little convienient static took over the airwaves JUST when things were going down?? they claim they cant talk about what happened, just like they couldnt talk about why they were in a trailer. hmmmmm

i thought dead air was dead air, not static..

ummm...I didn't listen to the morning show yesterday, however the CRTC couldn't jump in that quickly. PLUS the crtc can't jump in like that. If there's a problem with a show, someone who doesn't like what is going on has to file a complaint to the CRTC and the CRTC will deal with the complaint that way. A complaint has to be a written formal complaint, with the exact time, date, and show, and the content provided that was taken offence to. A complaint can be made to the CRTC or the CBSC and they'll deal with it from there...the crtc/cbsc will then ask for the tapes from the station and review from there. Dead air IS just that...dead air. So the static you heard was probably just sound effects from the fox. They've done this all before -- it's just to create a little more excitement for you listeners.

Also, they never told us why they 'had' to go into the trailer, but it was either, 1)all the road work that is happening around the building, or 2) a little trick they did to create even more excitement for their listeners. what! theyr'e going to be broadcasting live from the side of a road! COOOOL.
