Beyond an undergraduate degree studying sociology and economics I am 1/3 of my way through the most challenging and globally recognized professional designation for investment portfolio management and financial analysis. I have zealously dedicated a significant portion of my life to studying this and while i am far from a genious and i have ALOT to learn, i have a clear understanding of the concepts you mentioned, you do not. Remember, this country was founded by crooked men and this country is still today run by crooked men. Does the Canadian Pacific Railway Scandal ring a bell? MacDonald, our first Prime Minister, was known to hand out food and even money to voters during his re-election. His party also accepted the sum of $350 000 for the railway contract. Che Guevara talked about "two, three, many Vietnams" as in waging a battle on multiple fronts against oppressive forces, leaving them stretched thin, punch dumb and ultimately defeated. But in order for such a dynamic to exist, there must be an understanding, that whether in the economic realm, or on the streets, we must utilize what Lenin referred to has the human material "bequeathed" to us by capitalism. Meaning that although us regular working people are fucked up, demoralized and divided, we are real and are situations are real. There is no place for abstract or theoretical when it comes down to making real change. Some how amidst the polarization that is taken place across the globe, we will find a way with the tools that we have, and will generate to organize and galvanize mass movements. I believe that the most dedicated, committed, sharp, organized, and militant section of the global populace, comprised of the most oppressed and marginalized will take on the mantle of leadership when the time comes. If you disagree, then prove me wrong, with action, and ultimately time will tell.
