Probably one of the worst self-helpers I've ever heard. Horrid advice too. Wayyyyy too much "you must do this" and "you must do that". If she even took an introductory psych course she would know that there is no one single definitive school of thought when it comes to analysing human behaviour. What works for one person may not for another, but she'll keep going on like her way is the only way and that anybody who disagrees is an idiot.

This is my problem with "orthodox" anything.
