You can pay your cellphone providor the fee to get it unlocked, it's like $25 or something like that... as for other places that can do it... not sure about that, but I know your cellphone company will do it

uhm rogers doesnt unlock phones kids.

go to q link wireless accross the street from central city mall in slurrey costs $35 takes like 10 mins to have er done.

google it and do it yourself. unlock codes are easy to find.

go to revscene.net and just post. there are many cell phone savy people on there and a couple that actually provide the service. prices depend on the phone as some are easier and some are harder

You can get the unlock code for your Motorola Slvr phone at low cost from Mobile-Unlocker.com here you need to specify your country, Network name to which it is locked, IMEI number of your phone. Then they deliver unlock code to you through mail with unlocking instructions. Using this you can unlock your phone from Network lock easily.
