The smart car

So, my new job as a jr office assistant consists of driving around a smart car to do errands and such. That and be everyone's bitch.

That being said, I was not impressed with the smart car... it's jerky and annoying and I feel completely unsafe in it... it's definitely an attention grabber. Cute and economic in theory, but I just don't like the way it drives. I will say though that for the little diesel car that it is, it does have some pep. It can go to 100 in a blink of an eye, but in general, drivers respond to it like assholes by tailgating and not leaving enough room and parking relaly close so you can't get out.

I love my job however... a little overwhelming, but it's going to be a great experience

I wouldve never thought that the smart car would have difficulty with parking, whether it be getting in or out of a spot.

it´s actually safer than most compact small cars, but I know it seems like you can hug it and just lift it, so the feeling is not the safest hehe
We have one, too, modified by brabus, and it flies, from 0-100, and I like the gear shifting like in the formula 1 cars ( behind the steering wheel).
In my opinion it´s a pretty dope car for the city.

I saw them all over Europe when I was there but cars in general over there are a lot smaller so they didn't look as out of place.

you if look for some crash test videos on teh smart, you'll see you're perfectly safe, and perhaps even safer than a lot of other cars out there.

ask for an upgrade to a Smart Roadster see if you can con them into a Barabus tuned one. Because nothing says Safety like a biturbo V6 in a 800kg car!

In actuality, Smart Cars have tested to be safer than most fullsize vehicles.

Yeah, welcome to Vancouver city driving. You can drive an H3, they'll still be doing that to you.

^^^ No doubt that they have tested better than other cars for crash tests and yes I know it's Vancouver, however I notice it more in a small vehicle...

Next call would be to my grandma saying that both her daughter and granddaughter had passed away... my mom would be so upset.

Stupid smart cars
