Im still only 90% sure im coming..but it wont be until 7ish..

I'll be there at 5pm to start setting things up and I do expect people to be showing up over the next few hours to help make sandwiches and pack gift bags.

Once all the sandwiches are made and wrapped then we will head out and hand out the food... when that might be I am not sure but I am guessing 8pm.

Ryan is trying to hook up Starbucks again this year and I guess we'll find out for sure tomorrow.

Once again if you need me to pick up a clothing donation please PM me and I'll do my best to co-ordinate you to get it.

muffins and pastries are in the car, I think there's about 300 muffins, not the sloppy sticky cakes as last year, and starbucks on Powell St will be donating 8 joe-to-go's again, as well as cream, sugar, etc.

This is going to be awesome. I will be there to set up sound and lighting at 5PM. Haze & James will be sliding in with the bar around 5:30 and you guys will be well underway by then. I'll try to get the sound working ASAP so we can have DJ's spinning for the sandwich makers. If anyone here wants to bring records for the 6PM-9PM period, please PM me.
