Simple one-step solution:
1) head meet pillow

The trick is not to get so blitzed on stimulants that your body has forgotten how to sleep.

beer or ketamine to fall asleep (I usually throw some codeine into the mix somehow); or I make it a two day party if I don't feel like I'll be able to fall asleep quickly. Nothing exceeds like excess.

Umm, I always tried to just go to bed. Yeah, sure you swim around in your own fucked up thoughts for a bit but eventually you'de drift off.

Havn't had to do that for awhile now.

How about watching cartoons and listening to some good trance on a nice system. You don't need the sound from the TV. The trance will fit in nicely, you might enjoy it.

And also for other activities:

-A shower
-A cold beer
-A joint(as mentioned by many)
-A smooth walk
-Hanging out in comfort
-Maybe some go-kart racing if your friends aren't wasted
-And SEX! when your ready to retire.. I usually never want to after I drain myself at a rave, but the miss seems to work me into it! Damn its fun ain't itttt
