Isn't the wireless router connected to power?When my power goes out I can use my laptop but I cant get the internet, which means people could not see this if their power was out.

with an uninterruptible power supply and dsl, you can have all the fnk you want when the power is out. dsl tends to keep working when the power is out unlike cable. (at least thats worked for me)
