Yeah thsi weather is pretty fun to watch and all... though the winds have really taken their toll.. plus the hippy in me cant stand the fact that all this increased storm activity and storm power leading up to this years massive amount is a sure sign of warming oceans = global warming...
But for now.. as im a nobody ill jus sit here in awe at the power of mother nature ... ZAP ZAP BOOOOOOOM

I spent the night in abby and this morning at around 5am there was the HUGEST motherfucking thunderclap ever...it lasted i swear for over 5 seconds and sounded like a huge explosion. Long enough to wake you up and continue to scare the shit outta you for a few more seconds.

my office building shook when that storm hit this afternoon.
My boss ran around yelling to save all of our work... I don't think she deals well with storms... she was acting as if it were the end of the world

gotta love that tremendous sound of thunder... i was on the skytrain when lightning struck and for that split second it seemed like the whole world took a flash photograph simotainiously, quickly followed with what sounded like a nuclear blast. the storm was right overhead. I've never heard so many girls scream in horror all at once.
it was fucking sweet.

Shook my whole building where I work...bout a second and a half delay, literally 1200 ft from my office, my boss asked me to do a full system back up after that. lol :)
