We live in Canada, no it's not. In case you haven't been paying attention for the last 6 years, we pay a tax on every CD, DVD, tape, hard drive, and memory card that comes into Canada, whether that media is going to be used for piracy or not. That in itself doesn't justify downloading music, but some cases have gone before the courts, and so long as we don't upload any music, we're free to download all we want.

My parents found all their old records for me everything from fleetwood mac, the steve miller band , eric clapton fucking like 500 of those babies!! and they bought me a record player too!!! Best present I got for myself was a 50 inch LCD HDTV, with a wood and glass stand thingy. Fuckin rad TV, but heavy as a sumo to carry around.
