hands down my favorite breakfast.


2nd would be an omlette.


but i just cant resist the soft poached eggs and hollendaise sauce.. oh god im hungry..

omg thats my favorite breakfast too... The best place to get it is at De Dutch Panokek house. They have diffrent variations of benedicts.,..

a good eggs benedict is hard to find..

i had a good one at cafe de soliel on commercial.. but ive been back twice since and it wasnt as good as the first time. :(

its all about the hollindaise sauce. poached eggs are poached eggs, good sauce is the key

you'd be surprised at how bad someone can poach an egg.. and how that can kill the meal .. regardless of sauce.


i like em runny.


but you're right, most often its the sauce that is the culprit with bad EB

Banana pancakes are my first choice but eggs benny is usually what I have if eating out!!

i tried making them at home but i came to two horrifying conclusions.

1) i cant poach an egg for shit

2) i make the hollendaise sauce FAR too rich for my own liking.
