Building a 'Whamola' . . .

So I've decided to build a whamola. For the majority of you, who most likely have never heard of a whamola, here are some links:

I have a pretty good idea of what materials I'll need. Luckily I've got some pickups lying around or this project would start to get costly.

I'm just curious if any of you creative minds have any suggestions for building one. It's fairly straight forward but you never know what innovations another perspective might present.
